We began the 2017 Oak View Stables
Hunter/Jumper Schooling Show series on Saturday, May 27! We started out the day worried we would be rained out, but the rain cleared out early, and it turned into a beautiful day for a horse show! Even with the threat of rain, we had good attendance, from
the toddlers in Lead Line, to the jumper riders to the adults who had a great time in their Rusty Stirrup classes.
WarHorses for Heroes, the sponsor for our Memorial Day Weekend show, raised $900 at their first secondhand riding apparel sale. That’s enough to sponsor one veteran through a whole 6-week session! We can’t wait to see you all again for our next horse show on July 8.
